One mark. Three duties of care.

The Willoughby Compliance identity is built around a single shield that can be read as a flame, a water droplet and a leaf at the same time. It is how we talk about fire, water hygiene and the environment without splitting into three disconnected brands.

Why the brand changed

Bookapat made PAT testing simple to book. The work then widened: fire extinguishers, fire risk assessments, legionella, PUWER. Clients were buying a compliance partner, not a single test.

Willoughby Compliance is the operating name for that wider brief. Bookapat.com remains a trading name. The legal entity is unchanged — Willoughby Compliance Limited, company number 15408053.

The green lock-up is the primary logo. On dark surfaces we use the inverted artwork with white lettering, never a white box around the colour mark.

The shield

Fire. Water. Leaf.

Look at the mark once and it is a flame. Look again and it is a droplet. Look a third time and it is a leaf inside a shield. That is deliberate. Premises are not safe because one regulation was ticked; they are safe when electrical, fire, water and workplace duties are held together.

Environmental leaf shield — **Environment**The primary colour. Green is the house colour because it already sat in our palette — and because the long-term work is looking after places, not just passing a test.

Fire shield — **Fire**Extinguisher servicing and sales, plus fire risk assessments for the responsible person under the Fire Safety Order.

Water shield — **Water**Legionella risk assessment and water hygiene support — the blue droplet in the same family of marks.

Mission

Make statutory compliance ordinary to book, competent to deliver, and easy to evidence.

Practical work on site, not a binder of generic policy.
Digital certificates and asset lists that a dutyholder can actually produce at audit.
Pricing that can be quoted before an engineer is in the van — starting with PAT.
A trade route for contractors who want the same testing under their own name.

Environmental services are part of the mark before they are part of the price list. When those programmes launch they will sit under the green shield rather than a new brand.

How to use the logos

On pale backgrounds use the green wordmark with the leaf shield.
On dark or photographic backgrounds use the inverted lock-up. Do not put the green lock-up inside a white rectangle.
Always use the SVG files in svgs/logos. Do not flatten the mark to a low-resolution PNG on the website.
The red and blue shields are supporting marks for fire and water. They do not replace the green lock-up in the header.
